Any article purchased from can be exchanged/refunded within 10 days of purchase only if:-
• The item(s) received is faulty, damaged or has any kind of manufacturing defect.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to or on whatsapp 030-FORGE-000, in case you want to raise a dispute. At FORGE, we look at each dispute and tries to be fare to both parties. You will be required to send photographic evidence of the defected item at or on whatsapp 030-FORGE-000 within 3 days of purchase.

We will be unable to provide returns and exchanges in certain scenarios, which include:

• Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
• Wash, used or damaged item(s).
• The product has tampered.
• Change of mind.

What if a size issue was caused by me? how do I exchange that item?

In order to exchange the product(s) you will need to dispatch the product(s) at our warehouse address & notify us that you have sent the package back to us. Once we receive the package, we will inspect it & re-send the desired exchanged product at your provided address.

Keep in mind that we do not cover any costs regarding size changes & exchanges that were caused by the customer.


To start the return process, you have to notify us within 3 days of your purchase by contacting our customer service department. We can only entertain a return if you have received the damaged or wrong article from our end.

• Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• Sale products can only be exchanged for different sizes, depending on availability.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery, therefore products cannot be exchanged/refunded for this reason.
